We are often asked what actually happens after an order is placed. Here is the honest answer — step by step, with the real timelines.
Every order starts with a specification document — garment type, fabric grade, colourway, decoration method, sizing breakdown, and delivery requirements. We send a template; the client fills it in. Incomplete specs delay production, so we follow up on every unanswered field before moving forward.
Our prepress team builds a digital mockup showing the garment in the exact colourway with the decoration positioned as specified. We send this for approval — typically within 48–72 hours of receiving all artwork files.
First-time clients on orders over 200 units receive a pre-production sample before the full run begins. This is a single finished garment — correct fabric, correct decoration, correct labeling — that you physically approve before we cut the full order.
This adds 5–7 working days to the timeline. It eliminates the most expensive type of mistake: a misunderstanding that only becomes visible after 500 units are already made.
Fabric is cut to pattern using computerised cutting machines — no manual cutting, which introduces variation. Panels are bundled by garment and size, then distributed to sewing lines. Each operative sews a specific section of the garment; assembly is modular and tracked.
QC happens in three passes: inline (during sewing, checking seam quality and colour match), end-of-line (finished garment against the signed-off sample), and pre-pack (a final inspection of a statistical sample before bagging).
Our QC reject rate on decoration accuracy is below 0.3%. On seam quality, it is below 0.8%. These are not targets — they are the actual rolling averages from the past 12 months.James Westbury, Head of Production
Garments are individually polybag-packed with a size sticker, then packed into cartons by size. Each carton has a packing list. A full shipment packing list is emailed the same day goods leave the factory, with tracking information.
Orders leave our Pakistan facility through trusted logistics partners. International shipments use DHL or FedEx depending on the destination, with tracking provided throughout transit.
